one song and stops

When playing playlists from Amazon Music, it will play one song in the que and then stop. I have removed all devices and reconnected them. Deleted the apps and reinstalled them. But nothing works. Please help.

Don’t factory reset anything. Submit a diagnostic and keep track of the confirmation number. You can post that here or contact SONOS support directly.
