Not adding my iTunes music library

I haver made all the settings required and received a massage that my songs are being added to the Sonos system, but no song is added. In the past I had the library Working well, but all of a sudden it stopped working. I tried to reconfigure everything without sucesso

In most cases where a user describes a problem getting Sonos to recognize their Music Library, I recommend giving our support technicians a call to troubleshoot in real time. They are able to set up a remote session and take a closer look at the file sharing settings on both the music library and the network itself.
