My Tuner radio does't le me login to my account

When I add "My Tuner Radio" to Sonos it adds but never prompts me to login to my account. Therefore I am unable to see my list of favorites in My Tuner. In the "Service Settings" window it shows My Tuner as "anonymous".

Hi, bugplanet. Welcome to the community. I am otherwise unfamiliar with My Tuner, but I have just tested this and encounter the same issue. It seems My Tuner do not have the account option enabled for this service on our product. Unfortunately, they have control over their service on our device.
