Hi, Sonos has suddenly started skipping all my tidal playlists tracks after more than a year and a half of working perfectly. I don’t believe anything in my system or Tidal has knowingly been changed. I don’t have any other instances of Tidal playing in the household. I have good download speed of circa 30Mb/s. Strangely if I open Tidal direct on my device I can play the same playlist perfectly to Sonos, I just can’t get Tidal to play from Sonos. Other music services play and I can play radio stations. My wife has the Sonos app on her phone and has the same issue. She doesn’t use the Tidal app. Any ideas? Thank you.

Try removing Tidal from your music services in the Sonos app and re-adding it. Also try rebooting your phone and your router.

Thank you. I removed Tidal and re-added it. That has worked. Great advice 👍
