Do you only have one login for Deezer?
Yes only one login for Deezer. i can download music on a list when i am directly on Deezer but not when Deezer is open thru Sonos… i use to be able to do it but it stops this weekend.
It’s possible, as a guess, that Deezer is now enforcing a “one log in active at a time” on their end. This would not be something that Sonos enforces, other than to respond to the information sent to them by the Deezer authorization service/server.
You may want to reach out to Deezer’s customer service and see if they can provide additional clarity.
