iTunes Playlist

Do you have any help on why all of my songs have transferred over to my new PC on the SONOS app but the playlists have not transferred? In iTunes I had exported the iTunes playlists and then successfully imported them onto my new PC (the playlists show up in iTunes), but Sonos is not syncing the playlists. I did the import prior to installing and updating the SONOS app and I have updated my music library.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system, and even fix it for you.
