[ISSUE] SiriusXM Custom Channel Issues

Super excited about the new integration of SXM custom channels and on-demand, but there are currently a lot of issues with it. The biggest issue is:

SXM Custom Channels consistently fail to play content with the error: "the song is not encoded correctly".

This is from multiple controllers (all up to date) and basically prevents any use of the Custom Channel functionality. Also, this error does not seem to be affecting the On-Demand content, only the Custom Mix channels.

Any news or updates on this issue??

Thanks for following up with the diagnostic. Based on the report, can you try temporarily connecting one of your speakers to your router with an ethernet cable? Are you still unable to play from SXM Custom Channels?

Is this with a speaker wired to the router? The diagnostics do not show any sign of anything having been wired. Is this directly to the router? What is the layout of your network?
