Have had this problem on and off for years now. It’s gotten REALLY bad lately. Have contacted support directly and they weren’t much help. I cannot connect to SiriusXM for days now. I also can randomly connect (yes, I said connect as it mostly won’t connect) to play YouTube Music as well. I’ve shut everything down (multiple times). Everything is upgraded. Only way I can get YT Music to play is by trying to start with a different speaker to add to a group. Most won’t play at all and I find one which will (sometimes). I am convinced it has to do with your horrible WiFi implementation. Why? Because all of my speakers except for one is connected via wire. I had WiFi disconnected but it obviously tries to do something and eventually fails. When I called support they made me re-enable WiFi (even though I’m not using it). No, it didn’t help.
Last October i canceled my Sonos music subscription service. Sonos did cancel the service but continues to bill me every single month. Despite multiple emails and phone conversations, Sonos support/sales cannot seem to figure out how they are billing me each month even though i give them my credit card #, email, name, etc. I can call my bank and chargeback all these charges but was hoping Sonos would actually research and resolve their billing issue which is occurring without my permission. Wondering if i need to have a lawyer send a letter to them?
Spotify keeps losing connection to my sonos speaker. I have recently switched to amazon music on trial and I've had no issues with it. As soon as I reconnect it to spotify the same things starts happening. You haven't been able to give anybody a satisfactory answer as far as I see. Any solution? I've tried he usual router reboots yadayada
have an Amazon Australia Prime 30 day trial. Have selected Amazon music in Sonos app and authorised the account. Service appears but when select music ie a station it says I need to start a trial with Amazon UK. I do have an Amazon UK account but no prime membership. is there a setting somewhere with Amazon that I need to change?
I’ll be setting up my WD My Cloud PR2100 this weekend. I’ve transfered all my files from my old-n-slow Mac to an external hard drive. I have a new laptop that I’ll be setting up this weekend. So my question is after I set up the Nas will I be able to transfer my music & photos over to Nas using the external hard drive? Or do I need to transfer them from ex hard drive to laptop first? And how does Plex come into play with the transfer?
Now that Google Play has moved to Youtube Music and no longer supports thumbs up/down on Sonos I’d like to try out a service that does! I can’t find a list anywhere, and trial and error is very time consuming. Is there a list somewhere? If not, can we crowdsource one here? At least as a snapshot in time.
Hello,When using my spotify on Sonos, my music keeps skipping tracks or stopping completely. The strange thing is, if my wife plays the same spotify account on Sonos from her phone, no issue. Only when i press “play” on my phone does the issue occur. If i use “Sonos radio” from my phone, no issue. We have two spotify accounts connected and I have tried toggling between both from my sonos app on my phone without luck.Given the information above, i would think to rule out internet speed/connectivity (since everything works fine on her phone) and also any spotify account issues (since these also work fine from her phone). Thoughts?
The transfer from Google Play Music to You Tube Music has been pretty unsatisfactory, particularly as far as user’s own uploaded libraries are concerned. Until a few days ago under Library/Albums just a few albums used to show up under the Uploads heading (in my case only as far as the A’s). Today, under Library/Albums, the Uploads tab seems to have disappeared completely which makes finding stuff very problematic.What is going on?
when adding pandora to sonos system. Now the first prompt you see after selecting activate is a new step to put in an activation code. There is no information on where this code is located. This is new. I’m a dealer in Tampa Fl and have done 100’s of systems and have never seen this. Anyone else running into this?
Hi guys. I have been listening FM for long with my Sonos device. It was all fine since yesterday. That tunnel what I am listening every day, it doesn't have any voice at all. It is so strange as all the other tunnels have voice instead of this one. I am really upset as I am at home nowadays and that is the only FM what I like it. Have you faced similar problem already? Can anyone help me please? Thanks a lot.
Downloaded S1 app to new device but none of my subscriptions are showing up, nor are they listesd to add?
I have a number of devices ( computers, tablets etc .) I usually run my Sonos 1 via my android phone. For the most part works ok, although recently dropped apple music as an option to select - not even in the list? I also have a Chomebook 311 . I installed the sonos 1 app ( orange *one) onto Chomebook . My Account shows up but does not include any of my subscriptions and there is no way to bet past the EULA ro actually use the app. My accounts / subscriptions are: Apple music,* Pandora, Youtube, Amazon music , * Tunein, The* I pay for - I should get you the Youtube free as a deal with Chomebook? It says I have to run Chrome in developer mode? Thought that was for unix or linux ? I just want to be able to run my soearker from the chromebook. The speaker doesn’t show up in bluetooth or nearby devices - chome doesn’t have airplay so can’t send to speakers. wired or unwired. p it does not show up on network Why when I set up and the device was connected- found - why didn’t my subs
