Our local radio stations still appear in our favourites but they will not play. The only thing we have done is switch to Execulink from Rogers. Yesterday I spent two hours on the phone with Sonos support and was not able to find anything wrong with my Sonos. Is it possible for telecoms to restrict access and if so why?
Good afternoon, I was using SONOS fine yesterdays and then today I am getting the message that sonos is unable to locate the server. I have contacted Apple (IMAC) and then have gone through all troubleshooting. This is a frequent problem and I am getting fed up with the inconsistency of use.
Any idea why when I open my favourites play list in sonos its does not match the order I saved them in deezer.. bit of a pain as I have to manually scan my sonos play list to see where my last most up to date favourite song has saved.. it would be great if both lists where synced which each list matching in most recently added decending order..
Hi.Anybody else getting ‘unable to browse music’ when trying to access their Feed in Mixcloud? I’ve tried changing the password and re-authorising the service through the app but the issue is still there.Listen Later, New Uploads, and Your Mixcloud Queue also display the same message. Trending, and Music work fine so the account access must be fine.Any suggestions welcome.Thanks,Chris
I have used Sonos with Spotify to play podcasts for the last few months. After the first of the year, I have not been able to do so.At first, I thought it was another Sonos glitch (I do not use the alarm function because it regularly forgets certain rooms or speakers and has to be manually reset…which is not feasible when I am asleep). But nothing seems to be working. I see on the forum that this was a problem a year or so ago, but I have been able to play podcasts just last month. Can anyone provide any guidance? This is extremely annoying as I purchased a pair of Roams specifically to be able to play podcasts in the morning.

What’s the best way to control alarms or scheduled music play? Is it through the Sonos app or through Spotify or Apple Music? I currently use the Sonos app to choose which playlist to play at a certain time, but I find it to be a little bit clunky and I’m wondering if there are some better options.
There seems to be problem with localisation in the PC controller app. When I view the list of shows in a specific list of shows I’ve subscribed to, the date format is not DD/MM/YYYY (UK where I live). The dates of the shows are listed in MM/DD/YYYY (US) format.Could this get checked out and if I’m not being dumb, get fixed?Cheers
I have had some issues where I had connected Spotify to Sonos the day before and when I played Spotify in the car via Bluetooth, the Sonos speaker then played what I was playing in the car even without connecting via Spotify connect the next day. This was annoying because I couldn't stop it in Spotify on my phone because Spotify on my phone wasn't playing at the time. Anyone else had this issue?
I have used Pocket Casts with Sonos for several years without issues. After encountering a problem, I deleted the Pocket Casts music service from my Sonos system in attempt to correct issue. I have not been able to reconnect. When I go to “Add a Service” on either Android or Windows Desktop app, I get a “Check your network connection error” when I try to add Pocket Casts. I do not get this error with other music services, which I am able to successfully add, so I do not believe there is an issue with my network connection. I believe there is an issue with Pocket Casts, but Sonos Status Page shows Pocket Casts as “green check mark”.
I am using Sonos app version 12.2.2 to manage my music. I have reduced the number of playlist and still get a message that I have too many playlist. I went through Sonos Imported playlist and found that Sonos is creating playlist named “Downloads”, “Library”, “Purchased” and “Podcast”. Any suggestions on how to delete these playlist and not have them reappear? Thank you
