Hey Sonos users! I am writing for the first time and with some fear whether it is a lack of functionality or my inability, but choosing a new artist in apple music that I do not know, it is difficult for me to choose the album that I could choose. the chronology of the release of the records would be helpful. what do you think about my problem? Two weeks ago Amazon Music was launched in Colombia and Chile. Hi everyone,Since many of my albums are poorly categorized by Genre, I went in and manually changed them in Windows Music Player. But when I update the music library for Sonos, anything previously uploaded keeps the original genre name, regardless of what it shows in the player. It does this even if I re-import the entire library. Any idea why this happens and what I could try?
When I browse using the ‘On My Mobile Device’ option, the music isn’t showing up against the Genre filter. The correct Genres are listed but when select, I just get ‘No selections are available’. Selections are available under Album & Artist.I am using a Samsung Android phone and the S2 app. Any help much appreciated.
I was a happy user of Google Music and Sonos for years. When Google Music became YouTube music I really tried to like it but I don’t. At least not how it’s implemented on Sonos. No big deal. I’ve nixed my Google paid subscription and now have Spotify Premium.Here’s the issue --- I have a lot of playlists on Sonos that have a combination of local library files (served from a NAS) and tracks from Google Music. Is there a simple way to redirect those Google tracks to Spotify? I really don’t want to manually recreate all those playlists. Further complicating this is that fact that I can’t easily tell when looking at a playlist if a specific track is in my library or Google’s. Any help is appreciated

Hi all - so I have two of the newer Sonos 5 speakers tied together with a Gen 2 Sub and a soundbar. From what I understand the 5s and the Soundbar will support the Qobuz 24bit streaming, but the Gen 2 Sub will not. So my question - since they are all grouped together, will the two 5s still play 24 bit or will the sub bring it all down?
Hi, I had Amazon Unlimited account which I've now ended. Everytime I now search for music and click on the songs shown I get a message that they are only available through Amazon unlimited. I've deleted Amazon from Sonos, re-linked my account and I'm still getting this issue. Any ideas what else to try?
This is offered to try and help anyone else who has just upgraded their Synology hardware with DSM 7 and transferred users and media folders to the new device via configuration export/import and/or backups. It may also apply to anyone upgrading DSM 6 to 7.In my case, I was upgrading hardware and DSM version. Having done the DSM configuration and data imports from the old device, I was unable to add the replacement Music Library on the new NAS to S2 Sonos, Error 900 was reported. On the Synology, a log entry showed an SMB1 logon was refused. This was a complete red herring, as I later discovered.Windows clients also would not connect to the shared folders.After a lot of playing around with SMB settings, it transpired from the raw smb connection log on the NAS that the issue was that the connections were refused due to the user not having application permissions.So if you come across this problem, please check in DSM Control Panel “User & Group” that SMB is allowed in application p
Audacy has a number of “exclusive” stations that appear to be curated streams (for example, Americana, by the DJ Lin Brehmer at wXRT in Chicago). I can access that exclusive station directly from the Audacy website and from the wXRT website -- but I cannot find it on my Sonos. All I see on Sonos are the actual radio stations (including wXRT). QUESTION: how do I access an audacy exclusive station on my Sonos system?thanks
Sonos S1 på android vil ikke spille podcaster. Får melding om at "Forbindelsen til NRK er mistet". Har forsøkt resette både sonos, router og telefon samt installert appen på nytt, I tillegg til å fjerne og legge til NRK som tjeneste. Jeg vet at flere har problemer med dette i S1-appen. Jeg har S2 på hytta, og der fungerer det prikkfritt. Jeg håper dette kan fikses i Sonos' software. Jeg håper virkelig svaret ikke er at man må oppgradere produktene til S2-kompatible enheter. Jeg har seks enheter av forrige generasjon, og om disse må skrotes pga software, får vyene om Bærekraft en ganske emmen bismak.
Does iTunes song Volume Adjust setting carry over to Sonos? I'm playing from Apple Music in the Sonos app. I have some acoustic tracks in a playlist that need to be raised. I have increased the individual song volume in options. Will it also be increased through the Sonos app?
Hi, I live in Hong Kong, and I have an active subscription with NetEase Cloud music 网易云音乐, and Youtube Music. I have tried to set my profile location to China, to eventually add that music service to my account. But then now I could not use Youtube music. I have to pick either Youtube music or NetEase Cloud music. But I use both. Any workaround other than keep switching my profile location? This might be a request to the Sonos Team. Is it possible to allow NetEase Cloud music in Hong Kong? Or the other way around Youtube music in China?
I have had an Audible.ca account for many years, I bought Sonos originally so that I could play my Audible books on Sonos. It worked well, but in the years I have had it, searching the Sonos/Audible book list has been a nightmare. It rarely worked and never, for example, gave a complete list of the books I had for any given author. In a bored moment, I tried it again yesterday - Joy!!! - search on Audible/Sonos worked perfectly and very quickly, amazing - nothing has changed on my Sonos for a while and I really do not keep track of Audible updates, so no idea when or why the system(s) started working.Today, I thought I would search for a book in my Audible library via Sonos and play it - but the Sonos service was not longer visible on the MacBook Pro. All I have done since last night is switch the Mac off last night, then on today - but there is no Audible service on the Mac, So I re-added the service, re-registered (it said I was already subscribed), the service reappeared in the
I have created some playlists. I guess the content is from my Apple Music subscription (?) I have just cancelled with Apple and signed up with Spotify. Will my playlist just pull the playlist content from Spotify, or will I lose them once my Apple subscription ends? Thanks, Kate
Hi there.I am British and live in Spain. Today I got an email in Spanish (a language I don’t speak particularly well) about Sonos Radio stations. But because I’m in Spain and Sonos Stations are only offered in a handful of countries, I can’t access them. Meanwhile in the Sonos Radio section of the app, I see an ad banner for Sonos Radio HD which I can’t sign up for it’s not available outside the UK or US. I’ve no particular objection to Sonos advertising new services to me, but it’s frustrating when they’re adverts in the wrong language (My profile is set to “Preferred Language: English”) and/or for services you won’t let me sign up for!
