IDAGIO and Error 701

Hi, i have just signed up to IDAGIO and whenever I go to play something to my Connect Amp, I get the Error 701.  I do not have a problem if I play Spotify or Apple Music through it.  I can play IDAGIO through my other Sonos units.  Any suggestions?

Since you are getting that error message, I would like for you to send us a diagnostic report and reply back with the confirmation number. I also would like to know what is the model number of your router.
