After broadcasting, all radio programs are available in the form of AAC files at http://archiwumnowyswiat.top/.
How to connect SONOS to this library?

You’d need to sign up with Sonos’ developer program, in order to link in your content service.

This content is publicly available, I am not its owner, I want to play it conveniently through my speakers.

I see. Stream URLs can be configured into Sonos: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/260

Whether it would work with simple files I somehow doubt, but you could try it.

Is it even possible to add files to the music library from an external website?

No. Sonos requires SMB (v1) to access file shares, which is local network only.
