Why is my Manage Music Library... grayed out?

Probably one of two things. Either mismatched versions on your controllers and players, or an operating system that is no longer capable of fully supporting Sonos.
Either your controller version is out of step with the hardware, or you're using an old operating system which is only partially supported.

The following have partial support:
Windows: XP and Vista
macOS: 10.7 (Lion) and 10.8 (Mountain Lion)
Thank you. I'm sure it is the OS. Old Mac that was re-purposed as just a Sonos controller. Time to move on.
