Error code 701 adding tracks from Spotify and Yousee

I get an Error code 701 when I try to add Spotify tracks  to Sonos queue via a Sonos Port. I can play Spotify via the Port if I go through Spofify in stead? I have two Amp devices that are working fine? I can also play tracks from my own music library located on my server. I have tried both Ethernet and WIFI connection. Anyone have any ideas. Unfortunately Sonos support is shut down at the moment.

Hi @KristianW.

Welcome to the Sonos community and thanks for reaching out to us,

I would like to recommend going through this guide on how to deal and fix error code 701.

This article will help solve an “Unable to add tracks to the queue” error message. This is sometimes accompanied by “Error 1001” or “Error 701.” This error means that a Sonos speaker tried to play music but couldn’t finish the request. This error is caused by network communication problems, either between Sonos and your router or between Sonos and the internet. Follow the suggestions below to resolve the errors.

Please let me know how it goes. We are always here to help.
