constant ‘can not connect to apple music’ error

I keep getting this error. About twice a day. Reset router and it’s fine again for a while but will do it again later in the day. It’s very annoying, anyone know a solution?

It looks like this is a recurring issue with apple music that keeps on disconnecting to your Sonos device.  I hope this is the only music service that's affected by audio dropped out.

For us to help you out, you can do the following:

  • Run a speed test just to make sure you're getting a good wifi speed.
  • How many Sonos devices are affected by this issue?
  • Can you please also provide the make and model of the router and modem because sometimes Sonos encounter some issues with the other devices.
  • Also submitting a diagnostic report through the Sonos app provides us with a snapshot of your system so we can help identify what is causing your issue.
