Just to be clear, it isn't like the entire Sonos system is having problems with connections to Spotify... Obviously you are experiencing challenges....

What specifically are the symptoms you are experiencing?

If you are having challenges, while you are having the symptoms present themselves, you can "Submit a diagnostic" using the Sonos Controller App and post the number of the submission here. When you do so, the Sonos staff can look at the detail provided by that submission and reply here to help you troubleshoot what specifically may be causing your problem.
