Is it possible to add my itunes library to my sonos player, i dont want to add itunes music services as i dont wish to pay apple a monthly subscription to listen to my own music.

Ive tried to go to the the music library settings and add the itunes music folder, but i keep getting error message 'unable to add the shared folder "//desktop-Q71nn84/itunes" to your music library (1002).

is there a simple free option? i have loads of cd albums already loaded into itunes.

any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Should be possible. Have you read through:

I'm wondering if that dash in the name of your computer is causing an issue. I'll admit, this is an area of setup that I'm not particularly familiar with, but perhaps try renaming the computer without the dash in the name, and try again?
