A few days ago something happened that nothing appears on the recently played, nothing appears on the music services. I cant add anything. Before everything was perfect

My assumption is that there was some sort of issue in the router blocking the ability of the Sonos to reach the appropriate servers. Rebooting both the router and the speakers forces not only a reboot of the software on both of them, but also grabs new information, like any changed DNS info from upstream. Glad it worked for you!
