Can’t browse my amazon account in the sonos app. ive tried removing it and adding again but it doesnt help.

So Amazon music doesn’t work, but Google play does! As I say I’ve tried to remove the Amazon account and add back again but this doesn’t help I checked my Wi-Fi 100 times but as Google play does work and let me access personal playlists from my account then I know it is working. Has anyone come across this before?

Have you tested access to these personal playlists on through Amazon Music app itself?

What level is your Amazon Music subscription? 

Have you submitted a diagnostic report  to our support team for evaluation?

If you do so and post the confirmation number here, I’ll be happy to look this over for any issues that could be contributing to your music service behavior.
