Audio delay on Sonos One from browsers on Mac streaming live TV. AirPlay 2 audio issue or browser issue?

When streaming live TV from Xfinity, com on my Mac, there is an audio lag. I have tried two browsers, Safari and Chrome. Both have a significant audio lag. I could not find anything related to audio in the menu options within the Xfinity video player.

The audio is not delayed while watching content on YouTube or Netflix in both Safari and Chrome.

Sonos One
Version: 9.2

macOS
Version: 10.14.1

Safari
Version: 12.0.1

Chrome
Version: 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Given your testing, I'd say it's either a browser issue, or an issue with the Xfinity video player. If it was a Sonos issue, it would be seen on any and all AirPlay 2 sources.
I'm now using YouTube TV and there is no audio delay when using AirPlay from my Mac. Definitely an Xfinity video player issue.
