Apple Playlist

New 2020 update will not recognize my apple playlist.  Keeps kicking me off and can’t recognize my library.  Thoughts?

@ss2 Sorry for the slow reply to your Sonos Community question. Please provide me with some more information.  I am assuming you are using a Mac, but what is the computer OS or the OS of a mobile device running the Sonos app?  Is this issue with the Apple music service or with a music library setup from a computer? When you describe getting kicked off do you see a specific error, or are you having issues when attempting to play your music? Lastly, please provide us an updated diagnostic report using this link and reply back with that report number in your reply.
