Apple Music not playing (skips) All other apps working

I set up a new TV and router. I updated all areas.

The situation:
TV audio works
Sirius XM works, even when dictated through Alexa

Apple Music will not work when played from phone or laptop. There is no audio and the app automatically skips each song till the end of the album is reached.

Hi there. Unfortunate to hear about this issue but rest assured, we can sort this out. You may be able to resolve this by simply removing and re-adding your music service. If that does not help, then this is likely due to WiFi interference. Unfortunately, that diagnostic came back blank, which is also indicative of interference. Can you please reboot your Sonos device(s), then your router, then attempt to submit a diagnostic once again and respond with the confirmation number? . Many thanks.
