I see this was a problem a year ago. My system worked fine until yesterday. Today, unable to access apple music and get the ‘Apple Music full outage message’. Sonos system is otherwise working fine. All speakers etc connected to network and all updated to latest version. I have just moved house and set up my existing system in various rooms at new house. The problem seemed to arise after I added in my existing play 3 and tv playbar. Prior to that, other rooms with play 1 speakers, sonos arc etc all had access to apple music.
Any help/advice on how to fix this?
