Amazon Unlimited music results

Hi, I had Amazon Unlimited account which I've now ended. Everytime I now search for music and click on the songs shown I get a message that they are only available through Amazon unlimited.

I've deleted Amazon from Sonos, re-linked my account and I'm still getting this issue.

Any ideas what else to try?

Hi @Minrh.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community, We appreciate your time and effort in posting your concern here in our community.

Have you tried Sonos to a different controller just to isolate the issue?

See if this might work to deregister a device:

  1. From the Amazon website, go to Manage Your Content and Devices.
  2. Login with your Amazon account credentials.
  3. Click Devices.
  4. Select Deregister.

Let us know if it works. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.

Thanks for the reply. Clearing my cache seemed to work. Should have thought of that earlier.
