Amazon Unlimited

My wife has Amazon Unlimited on one device but when she tries to play that through Sonos devices, which are registered to me(does that matter?) it only plays songs through basic amazon account. We’ve followed the set up account procedure but that still hasn’t worked. Any suggestions?

It seems like there is a issue with linking your wife’s Amazon unlimited account to your Sonos system. I would like for you to sign out of everything Amazon related and try adding her Amazon unlimited account on your Sonos app.

I also would like for you to send us a diagnostic and reply back with the confirmation number.
