after adding sirius service and logging in on sonos, its says “no selections are available”

I just added streaming to to Sirius subscription and when I log in to the Sonos app on my Sirius account (successfully), then click on live channels, I get nothing but a “no selections are available” message. What is the deal?

I have the same issue. 

Have you tried in the last 15 minutes or so? There was, according to the “view real-time service status” an issue earlier today, but it appears to have been resolved. 

If you’re still having an issue,  I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and contact Sonos Support to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available, and are available Monday through Friday during business hours. Twitter support folks are available 24/7.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
