Regarding the website sonos.com

Hi,
How come that Submit a ticket / Ask a Question = https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/ask
is not added/listet as a point on the frontpage of https://sonos.custhelp.com/
and on the frontpage of http://www.sonos.com/en-us/support ?
I find it hard to find the Submit a ticket / Ask a Question page.

How come there is no point in the drop down menu in this contact form
that has to do with web? You could just add a point called Web.

Thanks for the questions. There is a section at the bottom of our Customer help page what will allow you to submit a support request directly to us through a few different mediums (Twitter, Email or phone). Clicking on any of those options will allow you to reach out to us directly for anything you might need.

I will also be more than happy to pass on your feedback regarding the lack of a web option from the support drop down menu.
