I received this e-mail this morning from Sonos.
Whilst I understand why they are doing I should like to point out that my Father passed away in the recent past so this sort of mawkish mail isn't something I appreciate.
Especially given that a 100 Day free trial is NOT something new. It is, in fact, part of Sonos' standard offering. SO it's doubly insulting.
Perhaps your marketing team ought to have a review of this mail?
