Connect does not work after update

After the update the connect does not work, only the mute button flashes green

Any chance you could provide any additional information? Do you have other Sonos speakers? How is your CONNECT hooked up to the network? Have you wired your CONNECT to the router with an ethernet cable?

I would also recommend that you submit a system diagnostic, and post the number here, for the folks at Sonos to look at, in case there's an issue that we can't identify with just a mental image of your system.
A college already solved the problem. It was back in factory setting. thank you.
