Bonjour - le sujet a deja été adressé mais j’aimerai avoir votre avis sur la connectivité entre la barre de son ARC et un video projecteur en provenant de Chine (Fengmi 2C) disposant des prises suivantes : 3 prises HDMI dont 1 ARC (et non eARC) configurables en 1.4 ou 2.0, 1 prise USB 3.0, 1 entrée réseau, 2 prises audio (IN et OUT) et une Spdif. ca devrait fonctionner? merci par avance pour vos retours- nicolas
Sonos Arc not appearing on app after working perfectly well since set up many months ago. I have powered off device, rebooted wifi and device. Sound working on TV through HDMI arc cable. All other Sonos devices are working fine Grateful for advice to get system back working again
I have a Beam 2 which is connected to a Samsung QLED TV. I also have two B&O Beolab 6000 speakers which, using a dongle, I can connect via Bluetooth to the TV. The overall sound is actually better using the Beam but I’d like to connect them via Bluetooth to the Beam and use them as surround speakers. Does anyone know if that’s possible or can I only do that using Sonos speakers?
I have two rooms next to each other and I'm going to put a Sonos Beam (Gen2 ) in each of those rooms. Each soundbar will be connected to a tv.1.Is it possible to pair the two soundbars and listen to the same music?2.Can I hear what one of the televisions gives on both soundbar at the same time?3.Putting the TV in mute mode, can I listen to music from the app and the TV broadcast continues to play?
I have read a few of the questions similar to my issue and tried a number of the recommended fixes, yet I cannot resolve my intermittent audio issues related exclusively to my “Line In” configuration, could use some brain muscle… I have 10 devices linked to my Sonos system along with multiple audio sources from which to hear the sweet sounds of Sonos in pretty much every room of my home. However, no matter where I access my “Line-In” source, I cannot solve this intermittent sound hiccup, going silent from a millisecond to a few seconds at most. Guaranteed to happen on any average 3.5 minute song as an example, and would expect 3-4, maybe more of these quick but painful black outs in this example, but nothing consistent to be clear. Here is the configuration for this source… I create hiking/travel trail review videos as a hobby and spend probably too much time on my PC (Windows 10 OS). Hey all! Got a new TV and wanted Airplay & volume control to work so I bought a Beam to replace the Playbar from my old TV setup. New TV working great with a Beam + Sub + 2 old Play 1’s for surround. ✅ All good.Question: If I “group” the old Playbar to the room (as configured above), will the Playbar improve or detract from the 5.1 surround sound?Yeah, I know I could/should just try it but I’m away from home and wanted to ask the sound geeks first. Thoughts?
Our Sonos Move speaker turned on and played music at 5:30 am. How can we find out which of our phones turned it on? It must have been connected maybe via bluetooth to one of our phones. We have personalization and additional usage data turned on, and so we know Sonos is collecting the information. How do we get access to that log or history data?
Hi there, first time poster. I tried to find this question on the forum but couldn't find an answer. I have a Sonos One in my bedroom, I'd like my audio to play in the bathroom too with the Sonos Move being the safest speaker to leave in the bathroom. Is this possible? Can I broadcast my audio to both my Sonos One in the bedroom and Sonos Move in the bathroom? Thank you in advance!

Connect S15 er tilsluttet en analog forstærker med ligeledes analoge højttalere, og jeg styrer hele herligheden med en iPhone 11 og iPad Pro.Desværre oplever jeg gentagne gange tilslutningsproblemer ved brug af IDAGIOs egen app, og hver gang foreslår deres support, at jeg tilslutter via AirPlay, men problemet er, at min Sonos Connect S15 ikke har AirPlay. Da jeg for kort tid siden ville teste Primephonic og deres app, konstaterede jeg, at denne KUN kan tilslutte via AirPlay. I have created some playlists. I guess the content is from my Apple Music subscription (?) I have just cancelled with Apple and signed up with Spotify. Will my playlist just pull the playlist content from Spotify, or will I lose them once my Apple subscription ends? Thanks, Kate
A. More Sonos overlap of music playing, ability to like, heart, thumbs up, etc. B. Likes, playlists and other show up from YouTube, spotify, audible, Amazon music, pandora, etc. In a current/main feed, last payed music, and visual previous search C. Integrations from apps likes and playlists from other apps visible. Using better APIs with other companies apps. D. Songs played by other devices not using my account to show up or allowed to be saved to my playlists. These suggestions would assist in Sonos creating better playlists via algorithms for what we are generally listening to across all your accounts.
feature request: when moving SUB in settings to another room. Settings made for the sub should be remembered
Hi i have a requestas a userI wish to move my sub from one room to another without losing the settings I made for it in the first placeso I do not have to set it up the sub level every time i move it to another room.Background:our Living room is big I have a soundbar where my sub normally is connected to, but when i want to hear Music i normally move the sub to my 2 play5s. I do this a lot and i found that it could be nice i there where an option where my first settings for the sub was remembered(make it optional) hope you understand my request Else feel free ti contact me.
Hey all, I got a request to make:Wouldn't TV dialog sync would be much more reasonably placed if it was in the main UI as seen in the screenshot below? Either here or at least under the 3-dot (setting) section. Why is it much more reasonable? In one word: usability.In a couple: Think of the feature's use-case.I, for instance, have several products which I use: Xbox, Native TV apps and a streamer. Some apps require me to use the TV dialog sync, which requires searching for the settings and clicking through a minimum of 4 menus, with some scrolling thats involved. That's not very convenient when you're already bothered by the off sync and care to enjoy the content you're watching asap. Also, adding it to the Widget so it will be only one click away might also be awesome.Hope this can be considered and prioritized. If you read this, please respond and add your feedback or just reply with "+1". Perhaps we, as a community, could help to make the change by showing the value this would add to
The Spotify account is my account. My wife uses it through her Sonos app on her phone. I use Spotify throughout the day while I’m at the office and/or car. My wife will be at home using Spotify through the Sonos app. I’ll be at the office using Spotify through the Spotify app, and we cut each other off. We can’t both be using it, even though we’re in 2 different locations. Any thoughts or does she have to have her own Spotify account?
Hi there.I am British and live in Spain. Today I got an email in Spanish (a language I don’t speak particularly well) about Sonos Radio stations. But because I’m in Spain and Sonos Stations are only offered in a handful of countries, I can’t access them. Meanwhile in the Sonos Radio section of the app, I see an ad banner for Sonos Radio HD which I can’t sign up for it’s not available outside the UK or US. I’ve no particular objection to Sonos advertising new services to me, but it’s frustrating when they’re adverts in the wrong language (My profile is set to “Preferred Language: English”) and/or for services you won’t let me sign up for! I am having issues establishing Apple Music / I-tunes from an I-phone on the Sonos Move. During set-up, when trying to add Apple Music the menu asks if I’m already a member. After clicking this button, instead of showing the “Apple ID” password login, a screen asks if I want a free trial. After clicking “not now”, the screen disappears. Any suggestions. Thanks.
Just purchased two items to start my Sonos journey, a Boost and one OneSL.Setting up (as a SonosNet) was straightforward – the information on the Sonos Support pages was most helpful and the technical answers to some questions in the Community were very informative. Today I’ve been able to link in my Brennan B2 and the whole system works like a dream – being able to choose music at one end of the house from the source at the other is superb! So to my query...Is there a way to mute the ‘beep’ every time you touch the volume control or play/pause on the OneSL? I just find it an annoyance, and unnecessary – the change in volume or start/stop playing is sufficient confirmation of the touch.Many thanks for any advice that can be given.
Hello, Is it possible to add a music service before connecting to a Sonos product?I am trying to test the connection to Apple Music before connecting to a product owned by a venue that will be playing my music over a Sonos product. Which means that I am unable to connect to the product now. Right now, ‘Add Services & Voice’ is greyed out in the iOS Sonos app. Thanks!
