Static/Crack Sonos Beam

Relocated recently and changed TVs from a Philips TV to a Samsung AU8000 series. No issues before but I’m now getting intermittent crackle/static while watching TV. Connected via HDMI ARC. TV firmware is up to date. I see a few others have had the same issue. Is there a solution to this?

Samsung TV’s are not always rebooted after only 30 seconds without power. I’d wait a couple minutes at least. If you are impatient, press the power button repeatedly until the TV stops responding.

I would definitely recommend a reboot of the TV - unplug from power for 30 seconds. Please also make sure it’s software is up-to-date.

Might want to check with Samsung, since the Sonos was working before, and the only thing in the equation that has changed is the TV itself.
