I just added a sub mini to my arc. Why does the sound go out or fades seemingly at random times. Thanks in advance!

If you have installed a voice assistant on the Sonos Arc, then could the TV audio simply be ‘ducking’ because the assistant thinks it hears the wake-word, (Alexa/Hey Sonos etc.) and is listening for your voice instruction? …That may happen occasionally with some things said on TV, or things said in the Home.
On the Sub, Arc or both?
If you unplug the Sub does the problem stop?
