Set up with two accounts

I recently moved house and set my Sonos Arc up under one account and inadvertently set the sub up under another. How do I get them both under the one account?

This is one of those super rare cases where a  factory reset  is appropriate. Take the SUB, and only the SUB, and do that reset, and then connect your controller to the Arc, and then use the “add a device” function in the controller.
