Set the Digital Output Audio setting on your TV to Passthrough instead of Auto.

Cant put my sound setting on transiter when on disney+ netflix or amazone. Only when im watching cable

Can get dolby digital plus 5.1 not atmos.

What im i doing wrong?

Userlevel 7

I think the Pass Through (Transiter) setting is only available when using a media device connected via HDMI. I also just remembered that Samsung TVs don’t support Dolby Atmos audio on its native Disney+ app. Try testing Dolby Atmos on another app like Netflix or Prime Video. Be sure to play the original language audio track.

If i deactivate the hdmi earc mode i have dolby digital 5.1.

If i activate it pcm multichannel 5.1.

Cant activate transiter.

So i cant get Atmos even if my tv is atmos compatible?

Im trying cod on my ps5 and i can choose transiter but getting pcm 7.1.

On amazone and netflix only can get either digital plus 5,1 or pcm multichannel dolby 5.1

Wich 1 is better since it wont switch to atmos?

Userlevel 7

You can get Dolby Atmos audio but not from the Disney+ app because Samsung TVs don’t support it. Try another app. Test the film Don’t Look Up on Netflix and The Tomorrow War on Prime Video. Make sure you are playing the original language audio track for each film.

The PS5 doesn’t support Dolby Atmos from any games or streaming apps. It’s only supported when playing a Blu-ray disc.

Test the TV’s native Netflix and Prime Video apps using the two films I mentioned above.

Tomorrow war is atmos. Transiter wasnt choosen.

Just doll that disney and netflix arent compatible.

My tv is brand new...

Do you have a premium Netflix account? Did you play the original (English) language audio track?

It’s a Samsung issue, not Sonos.
