Random bong sound from new Arc
Ok. I’ve seen many old posts regarding random soft bong sound coming from Arc. Keeping it simple… my Arc has never been connected to my TV. I use the Eero Pro WiFi that has performed extremely well. I use Alexa only on my Sonos devices. Sound tone happens when not using Sonos for 24 hrs. Seems like real issue that has not adequately been addressed by Sonos. I’m regretting my $2k purchase and afraid to mount this device. Please help. B
Never recieved my product
On 04.april I ordered a Sonos Beam gen2 Black. The order was paid in full, wich was confirmed by Sonos support. It has been on storage from several weeks on the online shop and the order is marked as "getting ready for shipment* in mypage and it has been like this for several weeks. I have called and sent email several times, but I do not get an answer. The sales-department has not picked up the phone for several weeks and I only manage to get through to the support departementet wich do not have expertise in sales.
Sunds Dropouts + crackling on Sonos Arc
First of all I apologize for my not perfect english.I bought a whole system with sonos arc + 2 sonos one sl.I spent a lot but I was super happy with the quality of the audio and the superb rendering of the dialogues. To my amazement I discovered that I didn't need the sub woofer as the bass was really full and high quality. However then comes the surprise: continuous sound dropouts made watching content frustrating. I had to pause, wait 2-3 minutes, and then resume listening. This happens really often. I replaced 3 sonos arc and they all gave me the same problem. Before sonos arc i had jbl bar 9.1 and lg soundbar 3.1.2, the audio quality is not comparable to sonos arc but they never gave me problems of sounds dropouts. To my enormous regret I have decided to make the PERMANENT RETURN of the sonos arc+ 2 one sl system and never to buy SOnos again until they decide to recognize and fix this crap! For now I would say: FAREWELL SONOSP.S. my own problems are reported by numerous users on this f
RF TV Remote control of Playbar Volume
It’s been a while since people asked a similar question, but perhaps advice has evolved. Is there a workaround to make a single RF TV remote control Playbar volume (IR). I realise they won’t communicate natively, but is there a good workaround. TV is Loewe Bild i.55 and gorgeous remote uses RF
connect sonos one to samsung frame with sonos amp
I’m trying to hide my cables and want a setup without visible wires. I have 2 sonos ones at both right and left of my bookshelves with a wall mounted TV. I was told by a sonos reseller that in order to connect my sonos ones to my Samsung frame 2020, I need a sonos amp. I have connected my sonos amp to my Samsung frame box (hdmi eArc) but no volume comes up. And I can’t connect it to my sonos ones. Please help!

I have a WiFi repeaters in the middle of my appartement in order to have wifi all around the place. My problem is that the Sonos One in my kitchen is not working while used as is own. intermittlently loosing sub
I had my arc and sub paired and working good. But seems after i unplugged and moved both, the sub pairs with the arc but then while using the subs comes and goes. I’ve unplugged, removed and reinstalled etc. can’t figure it out. Any ideas? Sub and arc are literally within 5 unblocked feet of each other. I’ve reset both speakers and all components of the internet - router and wifi.
Speakers / looking for more volume of sound, not just volume
Currently using 3’s for rear surround but wondering if there’s a real benefit in using 5’s.I can’t really notice sound height I our family room 21x26x13 with one side open to dining room and entry way. Using the slider doesn’t seem to make any difference.Do you have anything on the horizon that might benefit my issues? thank you / Dick Hampton
Can anyone tell me. We have two Play1 speakers, we are looking to buy a Sonos Beam for our garden room to use for the T.V in there.....can I connect that to our Play1 speakers on the app to play music through as well?? As well as using it as a soundbar for the T.V separately when needed? Thanks!
Removing Sonos One from my 5.1 from S2
I want to remove my paired Ones from my TV room (Sub & PlayBase). When my Fives arrive I want to add them to my TV room along with the existing Sub & PlayBase for my 5.1 setup. I’m going to use the Ones in the garage (replacing my paired Play1’s. I’ll find a new home for the Play1’s. Will I be able to remove the Ones from tv room without unpairing them? Or will each Ones have to start all over as a new install on S2 app? Will I lose anything from the app once I remove power to the Ones or Play1s? I know once I have them in the garage I will have to use TruePlay to fine tune them again. I’m sure I’ll be able to get the Fives paired with the TV room Sub and PlayBase.

sonos turns on TV after power outage
I have a Visio smart TV with a Beam attached. All works fine … except that after any power outage (utility induced or me just pulling the plug) and power coming back on … the Sonos speaker switches the TV on. Something of an issue when no-one is home, possibly for an extended period. Connection is via ARC. Workarounds are obvious but is this the expected behavior? If not, which settings are causing this? Thanks all.
Sony TV won’t switch on after unplugging Sonos Beam
Hi All, In the process of moving house and packing bit by bit and I have come across an issue with my Sony TV (KD-49XE9005). I have a Sonos Beam that produced the sound for it and after having packed the Sonos away my TV won’t switch on, via remote or buttons on the TV and I have tried a 5 second power button reset - nothing. The TV worked just prior the unplugging and everything else is as it was previously which is just the power. The Beam was connected via the ARC. I've tried plugging the Beam back in as well as changing the fuse in my power socket and still nothing. Anybody have any other ideas or know what the problem is? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Beam suddenly having Hdmi conflicts with PS4, no changes to set up for years
I’ve seen a few similar threads but haven’t been able to find a recent one or one with a solution that works. I have a Sony TV, PS4 and Sonos Beam and they have worked without any issues for about 5 years. I have not changed a thing in the set up but this week the sound switches from the Beam to the TV and when I try and change it back I get an HMDI conflict message. If I unplug the PS4 hdmi then I can set up the Beam again, but as soon as I plug the PS4 back in it has another conflict. I’ve tried turning everything off and back on, and also changing HDMI leads but neither solve the issue.Does anyone know why this has started happening and have any ideas on how to fix it?
SUB OR BEAM ?
HelloI am owner of a new system of Sonos at my home.I bought set of :1 Five and 2 One SL I am not filling like its the best fit together with the TV and thinking what to do:I am debating what is the better product to improve my home theater experience debating about Sub Gen 3 \ Sub mini \ Beam.I connected the Five to the TV with AUX cable but I feel like its missing some quality on the way.I am sure that buying Sub will improve the experience and also Ray\ Beam that will connect with a better option like HDMI cable to the system. The thing is if there is anyway to connect wirelessly the TV with the FIVE and than i guess I will go for the SUB option.I have also APPLE TV but the airplay not working always the best (some applications not supporting and sometimes having delay) ThanksJordi
