I saw the current (until May 5th as long as stocks last) offers of ₤150 off PlayBar and Sub and thought that was a great opportunity to use my outstanding 3 trade up credits.
If I log in and put the items into my basket I get the trade up 30% off applied automatically - but no ₤150 off.
If I shop without logging in and put the items in my basket I do get the ₤150 off but as soon as I identify myself for checkout the 30% applies automatically to the full price and the ₤150 offer disappears again.
I thought that the promotion was to try and shift more product before May 5th but the incentive isn’t there for me so I think I will just go back into my solitary confinement and leave my purchase for some other time in the future when the world is a better place.

Following agreement to the Trade Up Upgrade Program Terms and Conditions, you will receive a Discount Credit in the “My Account” section of sonos.com. The Discount Credit is valid only at http://www.sonos.com and will not expire until used. The credit is single use and can be used on any one (1) regular priced product on sonos.com, with some product restrictions indicated below. The Discount Credit cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or special pricing and may not be used on gift cards, refurbished products, or third party products.
This is actually rather common, as companies don’t want customers to be able to stack discounts to the point where then end up having to sell products at a loss.
