TV remote not functioning fully

Volume works properly but TV won't shut off and TV inputs do not come up.

The volume control on the remote will adjust the Sonos HT product, but it maybe a case that it’s in the way of the TV IR receiver and the pass-through IR signal isn’t getting through to the TV... it may pay to reposition the TV (or the HT product) so that the signal can be received from the remote.

You were right, I had the speakers too close to the TV. It’s working now. Thanks Ken.

Also just check that you have not switched off 'Use IR' in the HT 'room' in the Sonos App Settings.
