Sound for tv won't play, it's not coming up as an option through setting. Just iHeartRadio etc

Ok, how about sharing some additional information with us?

What Sonos device do you have? How is it connected to your tv? What source is the TV playing? What device are you using the controller on? What version of the app are you using? What firmware is on your speakers? Are you having issues with anything else, or just the TV sound? What kind of TV do you have?
