surrounds have stopped working

Hi

 

I have got the Beam and the IKEA surrounds, they have been working great till my internet router packed up and vigin replaced it, no the beam and amp are working, but the surrounds do not, they are showing only app but not working, I have removed them and replaced them but still nothing, can anyone help?

Can you confirm for us if the surround speakers work if you play music out of them? If they are able to hear music from them, I would like for you to check the audio output on the Tv. It should be set to Dolby Digital which allows the surrounds to play the surround sound audio format.
