Hi there,

Thanks for sending in the report. I see some errors on your Playbase when it is decoding the audio signal. Please try bypassing your TV, connecting the Playbase directly to your cable box if it has an optical audio output. Do you get the same audio sound from sources other than your TV? If it sounds better, you may consider using an HDMI switch to bypass your TV's audio output.
