Can you create Two stereo pairs from Sonos ones. And then connecting them to the play bar surround allowing you to have four surround speakers.

No. Only one pair of speakers can be “bonded” as surrounds. The other pair would have to be another “room” in the Sonos software, and consequently would suffer the delay that Sonos has between TV “rooms” and any grouped “room”.

And by TV “room”, I really mean the room that has the input coming in on the digital input, which is normally a TV. If you group any “rooms” together when streaming a normal input (not the digital input), all of the “rooms” would be in sync.
