soundbar and ceiling speakers sound cutting out on netflix and now

Hi, I have a TV set up with the sonos playbar, sub and two play ones. These are created under one room in the sonos app.
i also have two ceiling speakers connected to a sonos zp120 amp. These are created as another room on the sonos amp.
when watching a movie, we group those rooms together so effectively I would have all on playing the tv sound.
when watching Netflix or Now tv, basically any streamed service, the sound drops in and out.
This doesn’t happen when watching terrestrial tv or playing music via Spotify etc.
Could you help me with why that would be please? We have no additional equipment which may interfere such as a computer etc.
I cannot hardwire back to the bt hub and we use wireless connections for the soundbar.
