Sound dropout on Sky Q

I've recently installed a new sonos set up (playbase and 2x sonos one) the sound has been fine until recently. When watching Sky Q (multi room) the sound seems to drop out, like a popping sound. It's only happening on Sky, not Netflix or Spotify etc.
Can anybody help me?
