sonos won’t play amazon prime

my sonos system won’t play amazon prime. When I try it gives a message that another device is streaming amazon on my account but that is not true.

Are you able to play Amazon on your phone without getting the same error message? If so, I would change your Amazon password. Chances are that someone or something is using your account. Changing the password will stop whatever stream is playing.

If Danny's suggestion doesnt work (though it likely will), ask Amazon for details of the device that they think is using your account. The error message is generated by them, not Sonos.
