SONOS surround decoder receiver !

A small set top box like device with HDMI, eARC, optical, analog Inputs. Decoding Atmos, DTS, DSD inputs, ...

The box could also work as a SONOS wireless network hub !

Imagine you connect your Xbox, PlayStation, UltraHD BDP, TV or Beamer to the SONOS receiver which handles everything like a charm. You choose your speaker setup as you wish to:

f.e. I would give the Beam as center, two One as FR and FL, two more for the rear channels and two Subs a shot! ...but you could also take a Playbase for the front, add four Atmos „Ones“ and two Ones RR & RL ...
endless combinations !!!

Why isn‘t SONOS doing that ????

Not to speak of the outdated Playbar from 2012 ...
