sonos problem

Today my 5.1 system disappeared I've tried to reinstall them no luck I've hard wired them to the router no luck reboot the system nothing

Not enough data here to even hazard a guess, and I’m deeply concerned about your ‘tried to reinstall them’ comment. 
I would recommend that you contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, they are available Monday through Friday during business hours. The Twitter support folks are available 24/7. 

It gets better it seems to be working fine through my tv 

As normal but no status light on and still not showing in the app very annoying  I traded up from a proper system of separates starting to regret it beam hard wired sub and says on wifi

That suggests that the Sonos is working fine, your controller has just lost connection to it. Likely some sort of wifi interference or duplicate IP issue, not in the Sonos software. I would still recommend that you contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
