sonos Beam Gen 2 volume resets to zero

Hi,

Had a Beam connected for about 1 year with no issues,  always turn the TV off with the remote ( Sony Bravia)

On turning it on this morning I didn't have any volume, on checking noticed it was set at zero so just turned it up, thinking nothing of it, upon turning the TV on this evening the same thing happened, I only have the Beam connected and that's via HDMI Arc.

Also no Alexa.

Any ideas ?

Try disconnecting the Beam from the TV, disabling Bravia Sync, and unplugging the TV and Beam from power for a couple of minutes. Plug them both back in and re-enable Bravia Sync and redo the TV Setup process in the Sonos app.
