Sonos beam and Virgin Media 360 box audio sync issues anyone?

Hi

I’m moving into a new flat that has Virgin Media fibre that will be using the Virginmedia 360 Box. I have read a post online (not here) that they had a problem with audio synching and their Beam, that was different for each TV channel so couldn’t be sorted by adjusting the audio delay. The suggested fix in the replies was to turn off Dolby which obviously loses quality and isn’t great.

Has anyone else had any problems? Or better still is anyone else using their Beam with a Virgin Media 360 Box with no audio problems?

This makes no sense at all, unless you were perhaps connecting the Beam directly to the Virgin Media box, and not the TV. If that were the case, you’d need to be using optical, I think. Just don’t do it, connect the Beam to the TV’s ARC as normal, and you should be fine.
