Sonon Playbar WiFi.

I am trying to set up Playbar on WiFi. I am wired to the router. I successfully set up WiFi whilst whilst still wired. I unplug router cable and connection to WiFi is lost.

I would like to recommend submitting a diagnostic and contact our technical support team so they can set up a screen sharing session with your approval so we can check your router settings and take a look into the Sonso system what is going on. There might be something on the router that can be changed for the Sonos Playbar to successfully go wireless connectivity.
