Songs sound not consistent

Hi friends!! I am new to Sonos, and last week got the Playbar, sub, and 4 ONEs (2 in the den linked to the Playbar for surround sound and 2 in other rooms). I had no problems hoooking everything up, but I notice that the sound decreases at times for anywhere from 15 seconds-2 minutes, then will return to its previous volume. This has been fairly infrequent for the first week, but over the past 2 days it is happening about every 5 minutes. I am mainly listening to music with the TV off, but it does happen with TV too. Any suggestions?
